Unable to play Cups

my Friend wnated to play the Trio fncs cup with me and my mate. now he had some problems tho. he checked that there ist no lock so he has it open so he has his 14 cups. also he checked that all the Ticks are there with secure boot and so on. Now when he wanted to start the match tho he got a matchmaking error #2 and after trying to close fortnite to restart it he got a error message from EasyAntiCheat. ima post the screenshot of the error. Now we googled for solutions and tried a lot of things but with no success. We also contacted epicgames support via. Mail they told him after sending him a link he already saw and tried, that he has to solve it by himself... now we have no idea what we can do and are completly lost.
